Hello QPro Members, Just a friendly reminder!
Please log into your account and verify your certification date(s) and ensure your membership is current. If you need to pay for your membership, simply create an ORDER. If you need assistance you can CHAT or call anytime.
Membership: Some of our members may be getting a notice stating that your annual membership or your certification is about to renew or is expiring. You can go into your profile and update a credit card for your membership or, if you were grandfathered with no current paid membership, you will need to place an order for your membership prior to your certifications expiring. Otherwise, your certifications will not be automatically renewed and will expire. If you need help with your membership or renewal, please give us a call. To print a receipt, click on your order and select the PRINT button on the top right.
Certifications: If your certification date is coming soon, make sure you have 12 CEUs prior to the expiration date. You can see the number of CEUs required and completed on your “My Certificates” page. If it shows “YES” underneath “Renewing”, then you have enough CEUs for that certification to renew. Should you let your certification expire, you will be required to re-certify by taking a current exam in order to maintain your credentials.
CEUs: Remember that you are required to have at least 12 CEUs to maintain your certification. You can upload external CEUs as well as take the CEU courses we have available on QPro.
To print your membership card: once you are signed in, click on “Profile”, then click “My Account”. Select the Membership page and you will have the ability to download or print your card. You have the same option with your certificates and CEUs; visit your profile page to print them.
