Instructions for Looking up IOM References in innoviHealth's HCPCS Publication

One of the helpful features of innoviHealth's HCPCS Coding for 2021 book is the references to Medicare's Internet-only Manuals (IOMs) which are copies of official program instructions, policies, and procedures that are based on statutes, regulations, guidelines, models, and directives.

The references list the manual number first, the chapter number second, and the section next. For example, if it says "IOM: 100-04, 16, 60", then you would need to view
