Pathogens detected include Influenza A and B viruses, Parainfluenzavirus 1 through 4, Adenovirus B+C+E, Bocavirus 1+2+3, Human coronaviruses, Respiratory syncytial virus A and B, Rhinovirus, Enterovirus A+B+C, and Metapneumovirus, as well as Bordetella pertussis, parapertussis and holmesii. | |
