BioZorb Device

Patient with breast cancer presents for a partial right mastectomy with needle localization and lymph node excision and mapping.  The breast was incised and multiple flaps were created. Margins were marked and the specimen was removed and adequate margins were confirmed by the intraoperative X-ray. The BioZorb device was sutured in place, in the cavity as a fiducial marker and to assist in the shape of the breast. The breast flaps were used to cover and close the lumpectomy cavity. Since the BioZorb device was inserted as both a fiducial marker and structural/contour support for the post-surgical breast mastectomy, what are the appropriate codes for the procedures performed? Is the appropriate code for insertion of BioZorb CPT code 19340 or HCPCS code C9728 or A4648? ...
