Bone cyst aspiration with injection
Patient with right unicameral bone cyst (UBC) of the humerus, presents for fluid aspiration and injection of bone substitute material. A cystogram with contrast confirmed it was a 2 compartment UBC. With the use of biplane fluoroscopy a spinal needle was utilized to aspirate fluid from the inferior and proximal cysts.
