OPPS FINAL RULE The following information was posted in the November 27, 2007, Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) final rule at www.cms.gov. Electronic brachytherapy services CMS will continue to recognize CPT Category III code 0182T, High dose rate (HDR) electronic brachytherapy, per fraction, for electronic brachytherapy services. This code was created by the American Medical Association’s (AMA) CPT Editorial Panel and became effective for reporting on July 1, 2007.
