Implantation of osseointegrative device

A patient with mixed conductive and sensorineural hearing loss in the right ear presented for implantation of an Osia® system with a 4mm abutment. The implant site was marked and a posterior incision was made with blunt dissection. Cautery was utilized to raise skin/muscle flaps. A fenestration was made in the bone to 4mm. The abutment was placed followed by placement of the actuator of the Osia implant. The rest of the device was tucked superiorly within a subperiosteal pocket. The actuator was tightened and the wound closed. This is a new procedure performed at our facility. Is CPT code 69714 the correct code to capture this procedure or would the unlisted code 69799 be reported? ...
