Intracranial venous stent placement

Patient presents for placement of an intracranial venous stent. Under sonographic guidance the right common femoral vein was punctured and a guiding catheter was advanced into the right jugular bulb. A microcatheter was directed over the guidewire into the superior sagittal sinus and a cerebral venography by contrast injection and pressure measurements were performed. A self-expanding stent delivery system was utilized and the stent advanced through the entire length of the right transverse sinus. Our facility thinks 61635 is the appropriate code because it states placement of an intracranial intravascular stent, and CPT code 37238 is specific to stent placement into the vein. What is the correct code for insertion of the intracranial venous stent, CPT code 37238 or 61635? ...
