New CPT codes for stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS)

CPT code 61793, Stereotactic radiosurgery (particle beam, gamma ray or linear accelerator), one or more sessions, was deleted as of December 31st, 2008 and replaced with several new CPT codes. The new CPT codes that replaced CPT code 61793 became effective January 1, 2009, and are listed below.
