New HCPCS Level I codes

New HCPCS Level I codes were created for the reporting of endovascular revascularization procedures performed on vessels other than lower extremity, cervical carotid, intracranial, intracoronary, extracranial vertebral, or intrathoracic carotid. These new HCPCS Level I codes are effective Jan. 1, 2014, and are listed in the table below.
