A reminder from CMS: Reporting the units for drugs correctly
To ensure that hospitals are reporting the units for drugs accurately in terms of the dosage specified in the full HCPCS code descriptor, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published a reminder in Transmittal 1209, Change Request 5544.
