Repair fractures of medial malleoli and tibial plafond

A patient suffered bilateral medial malleoli fractures and a right weight bearing tibial plafond/pilon fracture. Incision was made over the right medial malleolus and distal medial tibia. Clamps were used through drill holes to hold the reduced fracture in position; while a 2.4 mm contoured T-plate was placed in buttress mode with a screw placed proximally to the fracture. Additional 2.7 mm cortical screws were placed through the distal and proximal ends of the plate to prevent fracture displacement. X-rays confirmed anatomic reduction was achieved and hardware was the appropriate length. After stress, testing there was no ankle ligamentous instability noted.If both an ORIF of a right medial malleolus and a tibial plafond/pilon fracture repair are documented, would CPT codes 27827 and 27766 both be reported? ...
