We are asking Coding Clinic for HCPCS to revisit this advice and consider codes for laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomies (range 58550 - 58554 ) instead of codes via a vaginal approach (range 58260 - 58294 ) for vNOTES hysterectomies. ...
