In the First Quarter 2022 issue of Coding Clinic for HCPCS , new/revised/deleted CPT codes effective January 1, 2022, from the integumentary and musculoskeletal systems were highlighted. This article will address additional new, revised, and deleted codes in the urinary and nervous systems. Urinary system Four Category III codes, 0548T , 0549T , 0550T , and 0551T related to periurethral transperineal balloon-incontinence device procedures were converted from temporary Category III codes to Category I codes.
