This is an opportunity for subscribers to submit a CPT coding question that will appear in CPT® Assistant. Subscribers are invited to submit one briefly and clearly stated CPT coding question. The solution(s) to the proposed coding question should also be included with the submission. Operative or pathology reports should not be submitted with questions.
