Question
If cardiopulmonary resuscitation and critical care services are performed on the same day, by the same physician, can I code for both services?
AMA Comment
From a CPT coding perspective it is appropriate for a physician to report CPT code 92950 (for the CPR) and 99290 and 99291 (for the critical care services).
