Specifically, we've been asked whether codes 72275 and 62263 may be reported if the physician performs both epidurography (72265) and administration of a neurolytic agent via an epiduro-scope (as opposed to solely catheter-based adhesiolysis). Epiduroscopy Prior to addressing this specific question, it is important to reiterate that there is no specific CPT code to describe "epiduroscopy."
