Question
How many times should I report code 95027, Skin end point titration, if I have two allergens but perform nine dilutions of each?
AMA Comment
In this case, report code 95027 two times, once for each allergen. For example, if you perform skin end point titration on two allergens, with nine dilutions of each allergen, you would report CPT code 95027, two times.
