AMA Comment It would be appropriate to report code 90660, Influenza virus vaccine, for intranasal use, for the new nasal mist flu vaccine. Code 90660 only represents the immunobiologic product. In addition, it would also be appropriate to report for the immunization administration by intranasal or oral route codes 90473-90474.
