CLINICAL EXAMPLE 2 Prostate Embolization CLINICAL HISTORY A 78-year-old male with long-standing, symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), including lower urinary tract symptoms and intermittent hematuria. TECHNIQUE 99152 99153 X4 Informed consent was obtained after discussing the risks, benefits, and alternatives to the planned procedure. All vital signs were monitored and recorded by the nurse who was present during the entire procedure.
