Spring 1992 pages 5-7 Question and Answer Q:    I subscribe to many newsletters and they all have a question and answer column. Why doesn't the CPT Assistant have such a column? A:    Actually, we do. Several of our features, such as Coding Clarification and Coding Commentary, reflect actual questions received by the AMA's Department of Coding and Nomenclature. The reason that we don't present them in a Q & A format is simple. Usually not enough information is conveyed in a "simple question" to accurately assign codes.
