Can you also use code 19295 with another biopsy code (19100) or even an aspiration code (19000) when fluid was removed and a clip was placed pending a cytology report? Answer: No. As indicated in the parenthetical note following code 19295, it may be reported only in conjunction with CPT codes 19102 and 19103.
