Answer: No. Code 64435, Injection, anesthetic agent; paracervical (uterine) nerve, is included in the intraservice work of code 58563, Hysteroscopy, surgical; with endometrial ablation (eg, endometrial resection, electrosurgical ablation, thermoablation), as well as code 58565, Hysteroscopy, surgical; with bilateral fallopian tube cannulation to induce occlusion by placement of permanent implants. Therefore, it is not appropriate to separately report code 64435 in addition to either code 58563 or 58565...
