January 2020 page 11 Update to Reporting Meningococcal Vaccine For the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) 2020 code set, code 90619 was added to report a meningococcal conjugate vaccine using a tetanus-toxoid carrier. In addition, the descriptor of code 90734 was revised to allow differentiation of the precise type of meningococcal vaccine and carrier from code 90619.
