What would be the appropriate code to report a baffle leak closure from the Fontan to the right atrium (RA)? Unlike collaterals, this procedure is performed on intracardiac structures. To close two anterior baffle leaks from the Fontan to the RA, 12-mm and 10-mm self-expanding, cylindrical-shaped devices made of nitinol wire mesh with a central component and lateral retention discs were used. The posterior baffle leak was closed with 10 mm x 19 cm and 8 mm x 24 cm of platinum coil with an expandable hydrogel polymer.
