What would be the appropriate code(s) to report if a 62-year-old male is seen for progressive urinary urgency and frequency that have not responded to medical management, and uroflowmetry testing is ordered for performance at home? Over the next 10 days, the patient performs multiple voids under the audio-visual supervision of a health care navigator. Detailed voiding data is collected, including total voids during the day and night, volume of each void, average and maximum flow rates, frequency-volume functional data, variations in voiding patterns, and scanning analysis. Once the period of data collection is complete, based upon review and interpretation of the electronic generated report, the physician makes further determinations and recommendations about the patient's condition by telehealth visit. Would it be appropriate to report code 51741 with a telehealth visit for this scenario?
