A catheter was placed in the right common carotid artery, and selective injection and imaging of the cervical and intracranial portion of the right-sided vasculature were performed. There was no selective study of the right external carotid artery, but the catheter was advanced into the right maxillary artery, and selective imaging of this vessel was performed. As the maxillary artery was the first branch of the external carotid artery that was engaged and selectively studied, is it appropriate to report code 75660 or code 75774 for the imaging of the right maxilla artery?
