What is the correct code to report for an arthroscopy with partial medial menisectomy and shaving of the lateral meniscus? The tear of the medial meniscus was resected with a straight as well as angled upbiter and a shaver was used to smooth down the meniscus. The lateral meniscus was noted to have some mild fraying but no gross tearing and this was debrided with the shaver.
