What is the correct code to report injection into scar tissue of the chest area in six locations using a 22-gauge needle introducing a 1.5 cc volume of a mixture at each location. The mixture is a 10 cc volume with 40 mg of Kenalog and a 50:50 mixture of 1% Lidocaine with Epinephrine and 0.5% Bupivacaine with Epinephrine. This is for a patient who has post mastectomy pain in the scar tissue area, not in the muscle.
