What is the correct coding for C7-T1 disk decompression? Trocar is introduced thru the disk from the anterolateral to posteromedial where the tip of trocar is in the middle of the nucleus pulposus area. Decompression device advanced through the trocar into the nucleus pulposus area & after three bursts of stimulation, the patient had no radicular symptoms. Then decompression is started by rotating the device 180 degrees to the right & then left in two different locations - posterior one-third and middle-third of the nucleus pulposus area. Marcaine and Depo-Medrol are injected. Trocar is removed and the wound is closed. Is it appropriate to report code 63055?
