With the deletion of code 77032 (DELETED IN 2014), Mammographic guidance for needle placement, breast (eg, for wire localization or for injection), each lesion, radiological supervision and interpretation, in the CPT 2014 code set, is mammographic guidance and stereotactic guidance reported with the breast aspiration codes 19000 and 19001? Are these services still being performed? If a breast cyst aspiration is performed with mammographic guidance, how would this be reported?
