Does the time element for code 96376 apply only for an intravenous (IV) push of any same similar drug administration, including infusion of more than 15 minutes? The parenthetical note following code 96376 restricts reporting the code when "a push is performed within 30 minutes of a reported push of the same substance or drug." For example, what would be the appropriate code(s) to report when a pantoprazole IV push is provided at 10:33 and a pantoprazole infusion runs from 10:43 to 11:55?
