There is a parenthetical note under code 64620 indicating that imaging guidance [fluoroscopy or CT] are inclusive components of 64633-64636. Is it appropriate to code 77002 (Fluoroscopic guidance for needle placement (eg, biopsy, aspiration, injection, localization device) (List separately in addition to code for primary procedure)) with 64620?
