On Page 9 of the Errata and Technical Corrections March 2021 document, it states: This includes the possible management options selected and those considered but not selected, after shared MDM with the patient and/or family. For example, a decision about hospitalization includes consideration of alternative levels of care. Must the shared MDM include the patient and/or family, or can the shared MDM be between the patients physician/qualified healthcare professional and an external physician or other qualified healthcare professional?
