A patient undergoes a total vaginal hysterectomy, anterior and posterior colporrhaphy, and repair of an enterocele. There is a code that describes a hysterectomy with enterocele repair (58263) and another that describes the anterior and posterior colporrhaphy with enterocele repair (57265). Which is the most appropriate code to report for this scenario? Would it be appropriate to report both codes?
