A physician performs a 6-minute walk test on a patient to assess oximetry, heart rate, dyspnea, and distance reached in 6minutes. The physician analyzes the data and interprets the test results. If the physician does not perform a spirometry as a baseline for the procedure, is it still appropriate to report code 94620?
