A prostate, transperineal biopsy was performed under general anesthesia with MRI fusion guidance. Two separate regions of interest were identified on the previously performed and interpreted multi-parametric MRI of the prostate. On a separate workstation, the MRI was imported and fused to real-time ultrasound. The first region of interest was targeted by MRI-ultrasound fusion guidance with four core biopsies with good sampling obtained. The second region of interest was then separately targeted by MRI-ultrasound fusion guidance with four core biopsies with good sampling obtained. Lastly, a template of 20 core biopsies was taken. What would be the appropriate code(s) to report for this scenario?
