During repair of left lower eyelid cicatricial ectropion with skin graft, the surgeon ablated a 3 x 12-mm strip of redundant posterior lamella inferior to the tarsus with cautery, rotating the punctum inward. There was a skin deficit of the lower eyelid measuring 4x15 mm. A full-thickness skin graft was harvested from the lateral right upper eyelid-canthus, where there appeared to be sufficient skin remaining to permit obtaining the skin graft. Would it be appropriate to report code 67966 for this scenario?
