Accountable Care Organizations

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) was signed into law and its constitutionality has been challenged.  The United States Supreme Court has upheld the PPACA and it is now the law of the land.  The law is very lengthy but it does contain many provisions and while some are beneficial, some are still controversial.  The PPACA eliminates denials or termination of coverage due to preexisting medical conditions and allows a child to be covered under their parents' health plan until age 26.  Interestingly, it does create the formation of what is called accountable...
