Actinic Keratosis: Don't Let It Turn Into Skin Cancer

An actinic keratosis is most commonly found on the face, lips, ears, back of your hands, forearms, scalp, or neck in people who are middle-aged or older. There is rarely just one keratosis found, which is why you will oftentimes see the term "keratoses" to mean more than one.
