Caffeine Naps

"Caffeine nap" sounds like an oxymoron and highly counterintuitive, right? However, this is an actual thing! Who knew?Wikipedia defines a caffeine nap as "A brief period of sleep of around 15-20 minutes, preceded by consuming a caffeinated drink or other stimulant; may combat daytime drowsiness more effectively than napping or drinking coffee alone."I am addressing caffeine naps in this column because sleep is necessary—and a wonderful thing!—but very few of us actually get the required minimum amount each night, which leaves us feeling drained, irritable, and simply put, just less able to function. ...
