Professional Liability Policy BasicsProfessional Liability insurance, sometimes referred to as Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance, is designed to provide financial protection from damages and expenses (such as legal fees and court costs) arising from allegations of wrongdoing, made by your client, with regards to how you did or didn't perform your job duties as a medical biller/coder, which caused them a financial loss.
