How Reading Tea Leaves Could Foretell that HHS Would Blink on ICD-10

For those who practice the medieval European practice of foretelling the future by reading tea leaves, the recent announcement that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) will reexamine the timeline for the implementation of ICD-10 should not come as a surprise.
