Success The Only Definition That Matters Is Yours
If you Google the word "success," you'll come up with roughly 51,300,000 hits. Dictionary.com defines success as "the favorable or prosperous termination of attempts or endeavors; the accomplishment of goals."However, the only measure of success that really matters is your own personal definition. Too many people allow themselves to be influenced by other people's definitions or expectations, such as status, wealth, etc. Trying to achieve the expectations of others can lead to a feeling of failure, even when we are successful (in our own goals).
