Regardless of the industry, the number of individuals who telecommute, at least once a week, is increasing. The impetus of a company to utilize this set-up could stem from the following factors: (1) the overhead cost of office space; (2) flex-working to balance life commitments; and/or (3) utilizing independent contractors.
