BREAKING NEWS: CMS finalizes one-year delay for ICD-10; issues final Meaningful Use Rule

CMS on August 24 posted a rule to the Federal Register that finalizes the proposed one-year delay for the ICD-10 code set. Separately, CMS announced that the second phase of attestation for electronic health records (EHR) incentive payments will begin no sooner than 2014,
