CMS has “unassigned” specialty code “95” so that it no longer indicates “Advanced Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation.” Instead the code is now designated as “open,” with a retroactive effective date of April 4, 2011, according to CMS Transmittal 2248, released June 24, 2011.
