Compliance: Attorney analysis of Somnia Anesthesia QZ modifier whistleblower case

A qui tam case against Somnia Anesthesia and several providers was dismissed Sept. 7. The whistleblower had alleged that Somnia improperly used an anesthesia modifier and violated the False Claims Act.
