COVID-19: COVID-19 waivers extended another 90 days
July 20 is the new expiration date for the declaration of the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE), according to an April 15 declaration signed by HHS Secretary Xavier Beccera. that has been in place since the determination made by HHS Secretary Alex Azar, II, Jan. 31, 2020.
