Make sure you append the correct measures to the correct anesthesia claims. Measures 30 (Perioperative care, timing of prophylactic antibiotic, administering physician) and 193 (Perioperative temperature management) both crosswalk to over 200 anesthesia codes, but the codes aren’t identical.
